PolyDiscipline
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
This policy describes how PolyDiscipline handles information when you browse courses, create an account, save learning progress, or contact support.
Information you provide
When you create an account, our authentication provider processes your email address, password, and account-verification information. Your profile may include a display name, language, time zone, and accessibility or audio preferences. If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, medical records, or other sensitive information.
Learning and technical information
When you use an account, we store your selected courses, studied lessons, activity attempts, meaningful game actions and saved sessions, learning evidence, review schedules, bookmarks, and rewards. These records let you return to your learning. Hosting and authentication services may also process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser information, and security or error logs.
How information is used
We use this information to operate your account, authenticate access, save and restore learning, show progress and review activities, apply your preferences, respond to support requests, and maintain the reliability and security of the service. Learning indicators describe activity within PolyDiscipline; they are not medical assessments or formal academic records.
Service providers and disclosure
PolyDiscipline uses Supabase for authentication and database services and Vercel for website hosting. These providers process information needed to deliver those services. Support communications also pass through email services. Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or security incidents. The current application does not include advertising trackers or a feature for selling personal information.
Cookies and storage
Authentication cookies maintain your sign-in session. Blocking or clearing these cookies may sign you out or prevent account features from working. A language cookie remembers your preference for one year. Saved courses and learning progress are stored on our servers, rather than relying on browser storage as the permanent record. The current application does not include an advertising-cookie or newsletter integration.
Retention and your choices
Account and learning information is retained to support ongoing access and saved progress. Removing a course from My Courses does not delete its learning history. You can change available profile settings in your account. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information; we may need to verify your identity. Some information may need to be retained for security or legal reasons, and copies may remain in provider backups until those backups expire. Any rights you have under applicable privacy law remain available.
Location, security, and audience
The service uses infrastructure in the United States, and service providers may process information in other locations. Account and learning features use authenticated access controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. PolyDiscipline is intended for college students and adult learners and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through the service.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Changes do not remove rights provided by applicable law. Questions or concerns can be sent to the contact address below.
